The palette menu for the Santa Fe Sport includes several flamboyant choices, like Canyon Copper, Serrano Red and Marlin Blue. Both of these crossover SUVs have chrome finishes on the door handles and exhaust pipes. A rear spoiler with an LED Center High-Mount Stop Light (CHMSL) is another installation that adds appeal and function. Front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive are compatible with this trademark transmission system. A 50/50 torque distribution can be achieved when the AWD system is tested under demanding conditions. Both of these Hyundai models can run on the Drive Mode Select that expands the capabilities of the SHIFTRONIC system. When it comes to towing, the Santa Fe can handle up to 5,000 pounds, and the Santa Fe Sport could haul a maximum of 3,500 pounds.

Additional feedback might be provided by the Lane Departure Warning and Lane Change Assist. Both of these crossover SUVs offer the Automatic Emergency Braking that has pedestrian-detecting capabilities. Forward crashes are also unlikely to happen when the Smart Cruise Control is turned on. A rear view camera and the Rear Cross Traffic Alert are some other accident-mitigation installations in these Hyundai vehicles. Set up in the rear bumper, ultrasonic sensors provide additional peace of mind for backing up. Additionally, the Dynamic Bending Light and High Beam Assist are optional in the Santa Fe and Santa Fe Sport.
