Interior
Within the 2026 Hyundai TUCSON, a luxurious cabin will await you with the available dual-zone automatic climate controls that features auto defogger. While the CR-V also has a dual-zone climate system, it does not have a dedicated moisture sensor in its defroster. As for upholstery, the TUCSON gives you the choice between available H-Tex® Trimmed Seats and leather-trimmed upholstery. In the CR-V, you do have an available choice for leather trim. However, this is only for the most premium version. Lastly, we’d like to turn to the ease of storage, where the TUCSON has a standard under-floor cargo area. No such feature exists within the CR-V, making the former model stronger in this category for your trips down to Heather Hills Park.
Technology
What would luxury be on trips past Allen Pond Park without a wide infotainment system? This is another area where the Hyundai TUCSON has the advantage due to its standard 12.3-inch touchscreen. Contrasting it is the standard 9.0-inch version in the CR-V, whose suite does not have a larger option available. Dynamic Voice Recognition can be integrated into the TUCSON as an available feature, so that you don’t need to take your attention off of the road. Meanwhile, if you opt for the CR-V, you’ll have to be content with the standard Bluetooth®3 hands-free phone system instead of AI-managed natural language processing. “ ★★★★★ You’ll Want to Read This One to the End In June, my daughter was involved in an accident caused by an uninsured driver, and her car was totaled. Understandably, we were anxious to find a replacement as quickly as possible. We considered Mazda, Toyota, Honda, Ford, and Hyundai. After test-driving the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited, my daughter knew it was the vehicle she wanted. Since we live in Fairfax, we contacted and visited nearly every Hyundai dealership in Northern Virginia searching for a white Tucson Hybrid Limited with a gray interior. Unfortunately, several dealerships told us over the phone that they had the vehicle, only for us to arrive and hear that it had “just sold”—or, in some cases, learn that they had never had it at all and were simply trying to get us into the showroom. Sheehy Hyundai was the most disappointing. They assured us they had the vehicle, but after we made the drive and explained the exact color combination we wanted, they quickly dismissed us when they realized it was not on their lot. Every dealership seemed interested only in selling us something they already had in inventory. That completely changed when we arrived at Pohanka Hyundai. Rod warmly welcomed us and genuinely listened to what we were looking for: a white Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited with a gray interior. Instead of trying to convince us to settle for another vehicle, Rod and Luis Lemus immediately went to work locating the exact Tucson my daughter wanted. Within 30 minutes, they told us they had found one and could have it ready for us that evening. My daughter completed the paperwork and applied for 100% financing online.
