2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Trims near Bowie, MD

Choose the Trim that Best Fits Your Needs - The 2016 Santa Fe SE or the 2016 Santa Fe Limited?

2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Trims in Bowie, MD

There are many different ways to make your 2016 Santa Fe unique to you. One of those ways is to pick the trim that comes with the features you want from your new SUV. There are two 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe trims in Bowie, MD, to choose from, but many of the available features that come standard with the higher trim are available as additional options on the lower trims. The Santa Fe is an SUV you can truly make your own.

SE

The 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe SE is the base model for this SUV, so many of the features on this version of the Santa Fe are standard features for the higher trim as well. For example, no matter which version of the 2016 Santa Fe you choose, it will be powered by the same 3.3L V6 engine. This means you can count on getting 290 horsepower and 252 lbs.-ft. of torque from under the hood, allowing you to tow up to 5,000 lbs.

One of the great benefits of purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe is that you won’t have to splurge on a higher trim or a fancy upgrade to get impeccable features. The Santa Fe SE comes with plenty of options that you would have to pay more for on other SUVs, such as a standard Rearview Camera1, heated side mirrors, Day-time Running Lights, and heated front seats. You also get the stylish touch of chrome exterior accents.

Hyundai Santa Fe SE Second-Row Bench Seat

There are some features that are unique to the SE trim. Do you need seating for seven instead of six? Then you will need the SE trim because it comes with a second-row bench seat with room for a seventh passenger. You will also find the YES Essentials®2 stain resistant cloth seats only on the SE trim. One benefit of the SE trim is that you won’t have to sacrifice much to get these options because even many of the technology features are shared between trims, such as Bluetooth® streaming and hands-free calling, HD Radio®, and the 4.3-inch touchscreen.

Limited

The Santa Fe Limited is the top 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe trim in Bowie, MD. This trim comes with all of the standard features as the SE trim, however, it does not come with a second-row bench seat. The second-row in the Limited trim consists of two fold-flat captain’s chairs, which allows for seating for up to six passengers.

The Limited trim also comes standard with many other features, such as Blind Spot Detection with Rear Cross-traffic Alert3, Lane Change Assist4, and Rear Parking Sensors5 , though all of these options are available as add-ons for the SE trim. You will also get a hands-free liftgate, leather interior, side mirror turn signal, and Proximity Key with Push Button Start standard in the 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited.

So, no matter which of the two 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe trims in Bowie, MD, you choose for your own, you will be driving home a great SUV. Come in to Pohanka Hyundai of Capitol Heights, your Maryland Hyundai Dealer, today to see your trim and feature options for your new Santa Fe.

1. The optional Parking Assistance System is a supplemental system and not a substitute for proper parking and/or backing-up procedures. The system is designed to audibly warn the driver of objects 39 inches in front of the vehicle or 47 inches behind the vehicle. When active, the system operates when you are in reverse at up to 6 mph and moving forward at up to 12 mph. System may not detect every object in front or behind you. Always check your surroundings before moving the vehicle. When backing up, always look over your shoulder and use the rearview camera and mirrors to confirm clearance. System effectiveness depends on many factors. See your Owner's Manual for details.

2. YES Essentials is a registered trademark of Sage Automotive Interiors, Inc.

3. Blind Spot Detection assists the driver by warning of other cars in the blind spot region. It senses the rear side territory of the vehicle when it is traveling over 20 mph. There are limitations to the function, range, detection and clarity of the system. It will not detect all vehicles or objects in the blind spot. Its operation depends on the size, distance, angle and relative speed difference between your car and other cars. Blind Spot Detection may not operate if sensors are obscured in any way. It is the driver’s responsibility to be aware of the surroundings and ensure it is clear before changing lanes or directions. Blind Spot Detection is only meant to assist the driver in these responsibilities.

When a vehicle is detected, it provides an audible warning and visual display warning. Rear Cross-traffic Alert is a supplemental system and the driver must still exercise extreme caution when backing up. Drivers must always turn and view oncoming traffic before backing up.
Rear Cross-traffic Alert is active when the vehicle is in reverse and backing at a speed less than 6 mph. It may not detect all vehicles, depending on the size, angle, distance and speed of the other vehicle. In addition, Rear Cross-traffic Alert does not detect stationary objects or slow moving objects near the car, including pedestrians (including children), shopping carts, bicycles or baby strollers.
